Spunky Ate a Box of Chocolates
I own four Dogs. I recently had to take my doggie to the vet because he ate something he should not have eaten. Yup Spunky is a Labrador and from time to time he eats something that he should not be eating, and in this case it was a box of chocolates. Dogs love the taste of chocolates, and Spunky ate a huge box of them and now he is very sick.
When I took him to the vet, they asked me what was wrong with him and I told them. They had to pump Spunky’s stomach to get out all of the chocolate he ate, and now he is resting in recovery.
The vet wants to keep him for a few days to make sure that he is all right. In the mean time, I will be dog proofing my home to make sure that there is nothing else lying around that Spunky can eat. I really miss having him around and hope to get him home soon!
